Rives & Rives, P.A. represents individuals, families, businesses and organizations. The firm was founded in 1983 by Howard P. Rives, III and Howard P. Rives, Jr. (1923-2005), who later served as a Circuit Court Judge. We are a third generation Pinellas County law firm, with the first generation of law practice initiated by Howard P. Rives, Sr. (1888-1927). Marie Rives was with the firm from 1991through 2014. Her family moved to Pinellas County from Tampa in 1936 and her uncle and great-uncle practiced law, making her a third generation lawyer also. Our name is pronounced the same as “Reeves” and originally was spelled “Ryves” many generations ago. We provide a wide variety of legal services and we expedite our services as needed.
